The history . . .

Tarlow Web Strategy grew out of an effort to increase website traffic to our dad's business (a medical practice), which had just reopened in a new city. Many of his new customers were coming through his small website--more than expected. The more we worked on the site, the more his business grew. We also started helping a family friend run a similar advertising campaign for his auto dealership and redesign his website. The return on investment for our "clients" was substantial, and most importantly, we enjoyed the work. We officially opened for business in 2007 with our focus on small businesses.

We want to transport your business to new places--transform your internet strategy. If our company were transport vehicle, we'd be a puddle jumper--a small pontoon-based commuter aircraft. In Alaska, the puddle jumper provides access to remote areas that are impossible to reach otherwise. It's nimble, personal, and quick. They provide small towns with a means to connect with the larger marketplace. Our name reflects our focus on working with small businesses to harness the full power of the internet, expand their business by forming connections that were not previously possible, and reach their customer-niche.

Our Team

We are at team of three brothers experienced in internet technology and design. You'll rarely catch us in suits. Doug is a mechanical engineering / product design major at Stanford University and specializes in web design. He's an ambitous lad, and is studying ME/Design time in Germany at the moment. Danny is a Computer Science doctoral student at the University of Toronto, and former Google employee who provides web-application support, search consulting, and custom programming services. Branden Tarlow works in the biotechology industry in Silicon Valley. He runs the web-advertising and search marketing sides of the business.
